- Responsible as registered Senior FSM for the Property.
- Responsible to develop/review/ update the emergency response plan and ensure compliance to fire safety requirements.
- Conduct daily checks within the Premises and remove or cause to be removed any fire hazard that is found within the Premises.
- Conduct and organize at least 2 fire drills annually.
- Other responsibilities that are stipulated under Fire Safety Act or as directed by SCDF.
- Responsible to identify any unsafe condition in the workplace.
- Recommend measures to remedy the unsafe conditions and implement measures.
- Review risk assessment submission by Contractors to ensure adequacy and compliance.
- Verify the measures taken on site tallies with submission.
- Manning facilities hotline, admin email, cascade to rightful party for action and following up on closures.
- Manage documentation flow for Contractors management.
- Manage documentation flow for Work Request and Payment Claim (WRPC)
- Register of dockets, update and compilation for monthly report
- Responsible for keeping budget and expenditure records.
- Highlight any overspending to property manager
- Keeping proper filing of documents, etc.
Qualifications:
- Recognized certificate in Senior Fire Safety Manager or equivalent.
- Successful registration with SCDF as qualified FSM with at least five (5) years of post- graduation relevant experience in managing similar facilities.
