ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers and hand out menus.

• Take meal and beverage orders from customers and place these orders in the kitchen.

• Make menu recommendations and inform patrons of any specials.

• Deliver meals and beverages to tables when they have been prepared.

• Check that customers are satisfied with their meal.

• Clear the tables and clean the table for the next customers.

• Prepare the bill for tables when requested.

• Cash up bills and ensure that the correct amount has been paid.

• Administer change to tables if needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years of progressive working experience in a F&B, retail, wholesale, consumer goods

• Endurance to walk and stand for long hours.

• Flexible work hours.

• Ability to remain calm and professional with difficult customers.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Coordination to carry plates or trays without dropping anything.

• Company/Entity: Singapore Hospitality Group Pte Ltd.

• Salary Range: S$2500 - S$2800

• Working Hours: 11am - 10pm (1hr break) or 7am - 5pm (1hr Break)

• Flexi Hours working is available: At least commit 6hrs a day (Weekdays or Weekends)

• Meals: International Buffet Lunch and Dinner provided

2. Tarboush - Bugis, Singapore (Ala carte, Fine dining restaurant)

3. Royal Palm - Orchid Country club. Yishun (Buffet Restaurant)
