Job Responsibilities

• Develop, design instructional courses and curriculum as required

• Conduct training on various courses including that for beauty treatment technique; theoretical and practical

• Conduct beauty product knowledge training and treatment protocol

• Develop in-house skills assessment checklist; evaluating the clients, beauticians/ therapists, as and if required

• Collaborating with marketing and related teams (to organise and conduct promotional and marketing activities such as beauty workshops, seminars and product launches etc

• To furnish the company with the latest beauty industry information; eg competitors' activities and beauty care trends, treatment, products etc.

• Work closely with management team on training needs.

• Other ad-hoc tasks/projects assigned

Job Requirements

• Min 2 years of beauty training and facilitation skills & experiences

• Must possess a professional certification in Beauty & Spa; preferably CIDESCO, CIBTAC or ITEC and WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA)

• Proficient in English and Chinese to communicate well with clients

• To work independently and as a good team player with a positive attitude and pleasant disposition

• Proactive and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Able to take on training assignments including on weekends and in the evenings
