About Us:
We are a new brand of coworking space, providing a modern and collaborative environment, designed to inspire creativity and foster professional growth. We are looking for a friendly, dynamic, and customer-oriented Community Manager to join our vibrant team. If you're passionate about delivering excellent service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and supporting our community of entrepreneurs, freelancers, and professionals, this could be the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for all guests and members, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
• Handle inbound calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate information and directing them to the appropriate departments.
• Assist members with daily requests, including booking meeting rooms.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Monitor and maintain the reception area and common area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Process administrative tasks including membership registrations, invoicing, and handling payments.
• Support community engagement by coordinating member events, activities, and networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the coworking space.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and proactive attitude with a passion for helping others.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure, with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work on weekends when events are scheduled (overtime pay provided).
• Ability to work independently.
