Job Requirements
- To reach the departmental quality target.
- Work closely with the production team and supplier to investigate and troubleshoot for process related problem
- To initiate evaluation and improve the existing process
- Standardize work procedures and provide training to all technicians and operators
- Provide guidance and motivation to all team members
- To answer qualities complaints and any discrepancies that arise
- To prepare a plan for the subsequent quarter and review for MBO (Management by objective)
- To initiate continuous cost reduction activity
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical skill problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask
- Able to handle a few projects at the same time
- Prefer one with at least 5 years of relevant working experience
