- Oversee residents daily, ensuring their welfare, discipline, and compliance with institution standards.
- Provide support during emergencies.
- Apply Trauma-informed practices in day-to-day interactions.
- Maintain safety and security through body and property checks, security patrols, dorm inspections, and conduct urine tests as needed.
- Address and manage the daily living needs of residents in the hostel.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents.
- Participate in task forces to support and carry out necessary tasks.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to work night shifts.
- Independent, resourceful, and responsible.
