Key Accountabilities:

1. Review, assess, and negotiate contracts related to spot cargo, long-term agreements, key projects, and trade finance documents. Identify legal risks and provide strategic recommendations for risk mitigation.

2. Review and advise on administrative and operations documents to ensure alignment with company policies and regulations.

3. Provide opinions and strategic solutions on legal disputes.

4. Monitor regulatory developments and advise management on the impact of legal changes on business operations.

5. Develop and implement legal risk mitigation strategies as necessary.

6. Carry out staff briefings and training sessions.

Key Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Law from a recognized university.

2. Minimum 5 years legal Experience in commodity trading (preferably in oil trading).

3. Strong knowledge in trade & contract law.

4. Exellent legal analysis, negotiation and risk assessment skills.

5. Ability to provide strategic and pragmatic legal advice.

6. Fluent in both English and Chinese.
