We are seeking a dynamic Sponsorship & Partnership Manager to drive strategic partnerships and revenue growth through sponsorships. This role involves identifying, securing, and managing sponsorship opportunities for our events and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven track record in sponsorship sales and activation.

  • Sponsorship Acquisition & Sales: Identify and secure sponsorships that align with our brand, events, and audience.
    Develop compelling proposals and pitch sponsorship opportunities to potential partners.
    Negotiate and finalize sponsorship agreements to maximize value for both parties.
  • Partnership Management & Activation:Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, ensuring fulfillment of contractual obligations.
    Develop activation plans to enhance sponsor visibility and engagement at events.
    Oversee execution of sponsorship deliverables, including branding, hospitality, and on-site activations.
  • Proposal Creation & Negotiation: Create compelling sponsorship proposals and customized packages that address client needs and maximize sponsorship revenue. Negotiate terms, pricing, and activation opportunities to secure mutually beneficial deals.
  • Strategic Planning & Reporting:Research industry trends and identify new sponsorship opportunities.
    Work closely with marketing and event teams to integrate sponsorship assets effectively.
    Track and report on sponsorship performance, providing post-event analysis and ROI insights.

Skills Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (2 years if not more) in sponsorship sales, business development, or a related field, preferably within built environment industry.
  • Strong network of contacts within the sponsorship and/or event industries.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of sponsorship strategies, metrics, and activation concepts.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment..
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in HR, or event sponsorship is a plus.
