Role Overview:

We seek an experienced Senior Manager, Architecture to lead design development, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive high-quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee architectural design across multiple projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and efficiency.
• Review and refine designs to align with client needs, industry standards, and internal guidelines.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and project teams for seamless execution.
• Monitor project quality, schedules, cost control, and documentation.
• Support site teams with design inspections and on-site solutions.

Key Activities:

• Feasibility & Planning: Develop design briefs, area schedules, site analyses, and research reference projects.
• Project Initiation: Engage consultants, review credentials, define scope, and set design timelines.
• Design Development: Coordinate consultants, ensure regulatory compliance, manage reports, and oversee tender alignment.
• Implementation & Execution: Supervise construction compliance, resolve design issues, verify materials, and address project challenges.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture with 5+ years of experience in real estate or hospitality.
• Strong expertise in design development, detailing, and project management.
• Excellent teamwork, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, and hand-sketching.
