Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Oversee and manage the preparation, negotiation, and execution of contracts.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions throughout project life cycles.
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks, resolving disputes as needed.
- Develop and implement contract management procedures and best practices.
- Review and negotiate terms with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with contractual obligations.
- Prepare and manage claims, variations, and final account settlements.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Contract Manager in the construction or engineering industry.
- In-depth understanding of contract law and construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC, JCT).
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and risk management.
- Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage complex documentation.
