We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Merchandiser who will be responsible for maximizing product sales by ensuring products are strategically placed to drive customer interest and boost sales. This role involves collaborating with sales teams, retailers to maintain optimal product visibility, implement promotional activities, and analyze sales trends.

Product Placement & Merchandising:
- Ensure proper display and placement of products in retail stores based on company standards and promotional guidelines.
- Implement visual merchandising techniques to attract customer attention and maximize product visibility.
- Organize and maintain stock levels to ensure products are readily available for customers.
Sales Promotion & Execution:
- Assist in the execution of sales promotions, in-store displays, and seasonal campaigns.
- Work closely with the sales team to implement promotional strategies and monitor their effectiveness.
- Track and ensure timely execution of marketing materials, POS displays, and other promotional items.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor product inventory levels to ensure stock availability and prevent stockouts.
- Liaise with retailers and sales team to ensure product replenishment in a timely manner.
- Track product performance and report on slow-moving or out-of-stock items.
Customer Relations:
- Build strong relationships with retail staff to gain support for merchandising and promotional efforts.
- Provide training and guidance to retail employees regarding new product lines and promotional activities.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to support sales strategies.
Sales Analysis & Reporting:
- Collect data on sales performance, customer preferences, and product demand.
- Report key performance metrics to the Sales Manager or Marketing Team.
- Assist in analyzing competitor merchandising and promotional strategies to improve effectiveness.
Field Visits & Market Research:
- Conduct regular field visits to retail stores to ensure product displays meet company standards.
- Monitor the competition's merchandising strategies and provide feedback on trends or potential opportunities.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that the merchandising strategy aligns with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of promotional materials and products to stores
