Job Description
Job Requirement
- To achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the Director of Sales, Corporate
- Building long term business relationship and analysis on performance of each account.
- Minimum of 20 quality sales contact per week, including sales visits, site inspection and entertainment.
- Familiarization with work process and approval process for rate management of corporate accounts, credit application
- Assist in management of the assigned portfolio for maximum productivity and revenue generated; to craft sales strategies and direct overall sales efforts towards maximizing revenue for Corporate segment.
- To proactively source and develop new corporate business in defined areas and market segments, in line with annual revenue budget
- Work closely with Director of Sales - Corporate to execute pre-agreed strategies that target at corporate business growth.
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of all sales accounts and portfolio assigned.
- Participate in sales calls to acquire new business and increase in market share.
- Represent Worldwide Hotels at appropriate industry events, such as Conferences & Trade Shows.
- Forecast future travel patterns and proved trade feedback to the management.
- Timely submission of monthly & quarterly sales reports to Director of Sales - Corporate
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by Director of Sales, Corporate or AVP Sales
Job Requirement

- Diploma/Degree in Business or Hospitality management or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales capacity or equivalent work experience including development of account portfolio and business development.
- Strong presentation, commercial and communication skills

- Resourceful and goal oriented
- Strategic and tactical thinker - ability to develop strategic sales plans, establish goals and objectives, set performance targets and deliver projects on time
- In-depth knowledge of sales principles and techniques
- Proactive approach to developing and maintaining strong relations with clients and stakeholders including customers' senior management
- Comprehension of Hotel systems and revenue management principles
- Keeps abreast of changes and assesses trends in market conditions and consumer buying behaviour to create strategies that drive business opportunities
- Flexible work approach, positive and adaptable to changes.
