Job Description:
1. Master product knowledge, answer consumers' questions, and maintain customer relationships;
2. According to the order information submitted by the customer, carry out order confirmation, modification and other operations;
3. Follow up the delivery of the order and update the urgent logistics information to ensure that the customer can understand the latest information of the order;
4. Follow up the customer's after-sales problems and assist customers in dealing with related problems.
Request:
1. More than two years of customer service experience in Shopee and Lazada, and experience in the small household appliance industry is preferred.

2.Familiarity with after-sales management tools or systems,like Lazada Seller Center,Shopee Seller Centre,Amazon Seller Central

3. If the customer reports that the product has a quality problem, know what the handling process is

Salary range: 2000~4000
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9-6 o'clock, closed on weekends
Location: Near Tai Seng MRT Station
