We are looking for a Product Manager to oversee project execution, ensuring smooth coordination between our factory, installation teams, and clients. This role requires a highly organized individual with strong project management skills and a hands-on approach to site readiness, logistics, workforce scheduling, and tool management.

Job Description

Site & Project Coordination:

• Conduct site checks to ensure readiness before product installation.

• Serve as the main liaison between the factory and project sites, ensuring seamless communication and execution.

• Oversee the delivery and receiving of goods, verifying accuracy and quality.

Installation & Workforce Management:

• Appoint and coordinate installers for each project.

• Schedule and arrange workers' time based on project timelines.

• Ensure installation teams adhere to quality standards and timelines.

Tools & Equipment Management:

• Prepare and maintain a complete set of necessary tools for each site.

• Ensure tools are in good working condition, performing regular upkeep and maintenance.

• Track tool inventory and request replacements or upgrades as needed.

Logistics & Operations:

• Work closely with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of materials.

• Address any on-site challenges and provide swift solutions to keep projects on track.

• Maintain proper documentation of product delivery, installation progress, and workforce schedules.

Process Development & Compliance:

• Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each scope of work within the department.

• Continuously review and improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols at all times.

Communication & Reporting:

• Provide regular updates on project status to management.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment between project execution and client expectations.

• Address any site-related concerns from clients and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in project coordination, product management, or site operations, preferably in interior design, renovation, or construction industries.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines efficiently.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Hands-on and proactive approach to site management.

• Knowledge of tools, equipment, and site preparation best practices.
