We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our team. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, coordinate project documentation, and ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

\t• \tManage daily office operations.

\t• \tMaintain and organize project documentation, contracts, and permits.

\t• \tCoordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for project managers and staff.

\t• \tAssist in payroll processing, invoicing, and expense tracking.

\t• \tCommunicate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients.

\t• \tEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

\t• \tOrder office and construction site supplies as needed.

\t• \tPrepare reports and update project status as required.

Requirements:

\t• \tPrior experience in construction administration or a related field preferred.

\t• \tProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management software.

\t• \tStrong organizational and multitasking skills.

\t• \tExcellent verbal and written communication skills.

\t• \tKnowledge of construction terminology and procedures is a plus.

\t• \tAbility to work independently and in a team environment.
