Job Description
Job Requirement
- Oversee the daily operations of a school-based student care centre
- Manage and lead a team of teachers in a school-based student care setting
- Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to student care teachers and staff
- Liaise with stakeholders (school leaders, parents, HQ) with regards to students and Centre matters
- Handle administrative duties, attendance tracking, and financial matters
- Handle fees payment and follow up on fees arrears
- Ensure regulatory compliance and readiness for audits and inspections
- Plan and coordinate programs, activities (e.g., character development, enrichment, outings etc).
- Handle enquiries and provide regular feedback
- Other related duties as assigned by the HQ
Job Requirement
- Diploma (Preferably Diploma in Care and Programme)
- Minimum 2 years of school-based SCC supervisory experience
- Preferably with WSQ ISYC, valid First Aid and Food Safety Certification
- Able to travel between centres
- Strong leadership, caring and communication skills
- Firm but friendly approach to staff and students
- Organised, motivated and multi-tasked
