• Assist to coordinate & build the model of architectural elements.
• Manage and deliver appropriate visuals (VDC) and shop drawing to support construction work.
• Coordinate with consultants and other trades representatives to resolve clashes / interfacing issues.
• Coordinate and oversee the extraction of key data from project model for quantity take-off, logistics, etc.
• Interface with project planner to create 3D or 4D model.
• Liaise with document controllers for accurate data transfer.
• Interface with peers of their discipliners to resolve basic modelling issues.
• Able to assist on documentation for record and submission related to BIM processes.
• Able to handle different scales of projects concurrently..
