Responsibilities

• Conduct professional, consultative financial analysis and profiling sessions to address customers' financial needs and objectives.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships by providing regular updates on market trends and insights into local and international financial products.
• Promote and offer a wide variety of banking products to existing and potential clients, including structured notes, leveraged FX trades, corporate and sovereign bonds, etc.
• Deliver expert financial analysis and customized wealth management solutions, such as bancassurance, loans, and investment products.
• Engage in B2C sales, fostering direct relationships with individual clients to achieve sales targets and provide tailored financial services.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
• Diploma / Degree in Banking and Finance or a related field.
• Basic technical knowledge of consumer banking products (e.g., Treasury, Equities, Funds, Insurance) is an advantage.
• Prior banking experience or CMFAS certification is highly preferred.
