SERVICE ORIENTED, STAFF MANAGEMENT SKILL

Responsibilities

1) Staff Schedule Management

2) Cashier Duty, Promote Cafe Menu, POS management, Taking table order from Customer

3) Customizing Order, High level of Communication with Head Chef

4) Regular Customer Management, Assigning Seats, Reservation handling, Event Management, Escort Customer

5) Maintaing Equipments, Stock Ordering, Checking

6) Hiring service staff, Training Service Staff

Working Hours

1) Monday to Saturday

2) 12pm to 8pm (7 hours + 1hour break)

3) Sunday and PH day is off day

Remuneration & Benefits

1) Gross Salary up to S$3,500 (Basic Salary + Allowance)

2) Basic Salary S$2,800

3) Allowance $300 (Meal S$180 + Transportation S$120)

4) Skilled Allowance $400 (Schedule Management, High level communication with Head Chef)

5) Annual Bonus up to $600 per year

6) CNY Bonus up to $200 per year

7) Meddical Support up to $200 per year

8) Staff drink will be provided

9) Staff discount 10% will be provided
