Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily bar operations, including inventory management, staffing, and ensuring exceptional service
• Assist in creating and maintaining the cocktail menu, introducing seasonal and innovative drinks that align with Adda's Neo-Indian fusion concept
• Train, guide, and motivate bartenders and bar staff to provide top-tier service to our guests
• Handle staff schedules, ensuring the bar is properly staffed during peak hours, and resolve any staffing issues promptly
• Collaborate with the team to plan and execute promotional events to attract and engage guests
• Ensure that all health, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met
• Support the enforcement of quality and safety controls to provide a consistent, high-quality guest experience
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, staff, and vendors, contributing to a fun and welcoming atmosphere

What We're Looking For:

• Strong leadership potential with a natural ability to motivate and support a team
• Prior bar or hospitality experience, with supervisory or assistant manager experience a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Creative, proactive, and able to help craft innovative drink offerings
• Ability to thrive under pressure, maintain composure, and solve problems quickly
