Job Responsibilities

\t• \tCurriculum Development: Design, create, and refine Mathematics lesson materials, worksheets, and assessment papers tailored to PSLE standards.

\t• \tTeaching & Instruction: Conduct engaging and effective lessons when required.

\t• \tQuality Assurance: Ensure all educational content meets MOE syllabus requirements.

\t• \tTeam Leadership: In the future, oversee and mentor a team of educators as the department grows.

\t• \tContinuous Improvement: Research and implement the latest teaching methodologies to enhance student learning.

Requirements

\t• \tMinimum 5 years of teaching experience in PSLE or equivalent.

\t• \tStrong expertise in Mathematics, with a deep understanding of the PSLE syllabus.

\t• \tExperience in developing lesson materials and structuring a curriculum.

\t• \tPassion for education with a growth mindset-open to leadership roles.

\t• \tExcellent communication and classroom management skills.
