KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop long-term and short-term project plans, setting clear targets and adhering to deadlines.
- Delegate tasks to team members based on their expertise to ensure efficient project execution.
- Make informed decisions when faced with multiple options for project progression.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for teams working on the same project to maintain synergy and collaboration.
- Communicate with executives and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
- Perform quality control checks throughout the project lifecycle to maintain expected standards.
- Adjust project schedules and targets as necessary based on evolving requirements and financial considerations.
- Provide regular progress report updates to management and stakeholders.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in office fit-out and workplace construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of site construction processes, materials, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication skills to interact with executives, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Strong computer knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, and project scheduling tools.
- Familiarity with budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control.
