Job Title: Finance Manager (ID8397)
Location: Bukit Batok, Singapore
Working Hour:Monday: 8:30am - 6:30pm
Tuesday to Friday: 8:30am - 6pm
Sat (1 per month): 8:30am - 12:30pm
Salary: $5500 - $7500

Job Description:
-Perform full set of accounts and ensure in compliance with respective accounting standards.
-Responsible for financial and management reporting.
-Ensure compliance with internal control requirements including financial and operational policies and procedure.
-Ensure compliance with tax regulations, and coordinate submission of tax returns, where applicable, with an external consultant.
-Oversee and manage the Finance Team to ensure smooth flow and timeliness of financial operations.
-Develop budgets, financial forecasts and variance analysis to support planning and resource allocation.
-Examine financial data by conducting comprehensive analysis of financial statement, cashflow status, and project performance, etc.
-Strategic partner with top management and HODs to align financial goals with company
-Assist in Ad-hoc requirements from Senior Management in Malaysia start-up business.

Requirement:
-At least 8 years of working experience in accounting/finance, strong knowledge in both Singapore and Malaysia.
-Must have working experience from Construction and Chinese Healthcare / Life Science Industry.
-In-depth understanding of accounting standard (SFRS), project accounting and familiarity with financial and management reporting.
-Strong knowledge on taxation for both Singapore and Malaysia is preferable.
-Strong business insight with ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
-Hands-on experience in managing finance operation and ERP system procedures.
-Expertise in financial planning, risk management and internal controls.
-Experience with investment strategies, cash management, etc.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
