About Our Client

Job Description

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the cosmetics and personal care industry
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in oleochemicals and specialty chemicals
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales support
• Work closely with the Senior Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in alignment with company objectives
• Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain, operations, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals

The Successful Applicant

• 3-5 years of sales experience, preferable in oleochemicals, specialty chemicals or personal care ingredients
• Proven track record in B2B sales, key account management or business development
• Strong understanding of the cosmetics and personal care industry
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
• Bachelor Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business or a related field
