• Welcoming customers and guiding them to their seats.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently.
• Make recommendations and suggest specials.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Clear tables and set them up for the next customers.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
• Process payments and make change accurately.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Assist with food preparation and stocking supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow hygiene and safety procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Minimum 1 year service experience
• Must possess Basic Food Hygiene Cert
