Job Scope
  • Identify, rectify, and prevent safety lapses in site conditions, safety systems, and documentation processes.
  • Issue Stop-Work Orders (SWOs), track progress, and ensure timely closure of safety violations.
  • Lead incident investigations, ensuring thorough analysis and accurate reporting.
  • Ensure contractor-submitted incident reports meet factual accuracy and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and resolve safety-related issues from both internal and external stakeholders efficiently.
  • Actively participate in project meetings, offering safety insights and value-added contributions.
  • Provide expert guidance and advisories to the main contractor on safety protocols and best practices.
  • Collaborate with external vendors on safety improvement trials and innovations as needed.
  • Upload necessary documentation, such as inspection reports and incident investigations, along with photos into the required system.
  • Update spreadsheets and databases to maintain accurate safety performance records.
  • Prepare and present monthly safety performance reports, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.

Requirement
  • Singaporean / PR
  • Min 5 years WSHO experience
  • Medically fit
  • High level of Integrity
  • Understand regulation well
  • 5.5 days work week
