We are looking for a dynamic and presentable sales staff (service crew) for our new retail bakery in Joo Chiat Road.

Caro Patisserie is a French bakery specialized in selling French Tarts via two retail shops and online on its website (caro-patisserie.com).

Working Hours:

Wednesday to Friday: 10:30am - 8:00pm

Saturday/Sunday from 10:00 am - 8:00 pm

5 days per week

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service and greet customers at all times
• Serve customers by packing their tarts for take-away and serving on plate for dine-in
• Handle cashier
• Always replenish display chiller with tarts accordingly and ensuring items are well displayed and display is attractive
• Ability to work in a busy environment at times
• Follow operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling, and maintain cleanliness of the store, fridge and tables
• Any ad-hoc duties when necessary

Requirements:

• Passionate about service and people
• Preferably minimum 1-year working experience in F&B - cafes/ restaurants
• Those with no experience are welcome to apply if enjoy customer facing
• Independent and self-motivated
• 5-day work week and able to work on weekends and public holidays
