About the Team:

As a Product Manager for our platforms, you will be responsible for leading the strategy, development, and optimization of our products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to create a seamless experience for users. Your goal is to ensure the platform remains competitive, user-friendly, and compliant with regulations, while also addressing the needs of retail and institutional partners.

Job Responsibilities:

• Define the product vision and roadmap; Ensure alignment with the overall company strategy, incorporating user feedback, industry trends, and business goals.
• Lead the ideation, prioritization, and execution of new features and enhancements. Ensure that the platform is responsive to market demands, regulatory changes, and technological advancements.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure a seamless, intuitive, and enjoyable experience. Regularly review customer feedback to drive continuous improvements.
• Coordinate with engineering, QA, marketing, and customer support teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
• Lead product launches and post-launch analysis to ensure feature success.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on product development progress, challenges, and successes.
• Use data analytics to measure product performance and optimize features for user engagement and profitability.

Requirements:

• At least Diploma in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in product management, preferably in the financial services or trading industry.
• Experience in Agile development environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams, comfortable to present in business chinese to stakeholders stationed in China.
