We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Lines Claims Manager to join our client's team in Singapore. This role involves managing and overseeing financial lines insurance claims, including Directors & Officers (D&O), Professional Indemnity (PI), Cyber, and Crime insurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in claims handling, policy interpretation, and negotiation, ensuring efficient resolution while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Claims Management: Handle and assess financial lines claims, ensuring timely and accurate processing in compliance with policy terms and regulatory requirements.
• Investigation & Assessment: Conduct thorough investigations of claims, including policy coverage analysis, liability assessment, and quantification of losses.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with insurers, brokers, legal advisors, loss adjusters, and other relevant parties to facilitate claims resolution.
• Negotiation & Settlement: Engage in effective negotiation with claimants and third parties to reach fair and reasonable settlements.
• Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal guidelines, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices in claims handling.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate claim records, prepare claims reports, and provide insights on claims trends and risk exposures.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
• At least 5-8 years of experience in financial lines claims management, preferably within an insurance company, brokerage, or law firm.
• Strong understanding of financial lines insurance products, including D&O, PI, Cyber, and Crime.
• Familiarity with insurance regulations and legal framework.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Professional certifications such as ACII, ANZIIF, or equivalent would be an advantage.
• Prior experience in litigation, insurance law, or forensic investigations related to financial lines claims.
• Knowledge of regional insurance markets is a plus.
