Production Manager holds the responsibility of the processing and manufacturing aspect of food product. Monitors quality assurances, investigate issues and recommends solutions. He/she plays a critical role in overseeing day-to-day operations at the food processing unit and ensures optimal product quality, meeting management's standard and directions.

- Develop and implement strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall objectives to drive growth, innovation, and profitability within the food production department.
- Oversee and manage all activities within the food production department, including production operations, quality control, procurement, inventory management, and personnel supervision.
- Ensure smooth and efficient production processes, optimizing resources, managing workflow, and meeting production targets while maintaining quality standards and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and manage departmental budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize costs while maintaining high-quality production standards and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, quality standards (such as HACCP, GMP), and industry-specific guidelines throughout all production processes.
- Plan, and deliver complex projects, often to tight deadlines, including managing supplier tender and contracts, budget and cost control, co-ordination of resources and management of operational considerations such as technical and production planning.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of supervisors, and production staff to ensure that they are motivated and equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to meet current and future standards and targets, fostering a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with other departments such as R&D Culinary chef, procurement, logistics, and sales to ensure alignment and seamless operations.
- Analyze departmental performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.
- Assess risks within the production processes and develop strategies to mitigate potential disruptions or issues that could impact production output or quality.
- Support and perform all facets of product quality and food safety processes to ensure that finished products meet internal specifications and regulatory standards, including monitoring and checking that all are adhered to at all times.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Bachelor's and Associate Degree in Education, Management, Technical, Culinary, Food Service management, Dietetics, Hospitality, Business, Culinary Arts, Healthcare of relevant or equivalent
- At least 7 years of experience in relevant field or in F&B background
- Proven experience in food production management, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of food processing techniques, quality control standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, HACCP).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in computer software applications related to production planning, inventory management, and quality assurance.
