Job Description:

Responsible for tasked BIM Modelling works and shop drawings required by the projects and relevant submissions.

Prepare drawings & BIM Modelling accurately according to the instructions/directions from the PM/PD for construction or building works.

Ensure that BIM models are delivered in quality, due diligence and timely manner.

Identify any discrepancies occurred for BIM models during the design stage.

Provide onsite support for all matters relating to the BIM models with actual construction progress.

Development of mechanical & electrical systems and designs, co-ordinated building services layouts, management of drawing registers and standards.

Any other duties as assigned.
