Operations Project Manager, Singapore & South Asia

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Operations Project Manager to join our eCommerce Logistics - Hubs Operations team in Asendia Singapore. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain for Asendia Singapore, the incumbent will be predominantly be responsible to manage projects and oversee the execution of the projects relating to the country supply chain and operations in keeping with our business growth plans in Singapore, as well as within the South Asia region. The incumbent is required to provide the local management an oversight of the status of the various projects and initiatives through the monthly business review.

Your Tasks

• Lead and manage logistics projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Involve in the setup of new processing hubs, in collaboration with the Regional Operations function, via our agency network and owned assets in ASEAN and India.
• Work on supply chain/logistics projects identified by the commercial team and senior management team which could include new product setup, market expansion and (or) complex customer implementation projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams including supply chain, commercial, IT and product to optimize existing and new logistics processes and functions.
• Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices in e-commerce logistics.
• Maintain strong relationships and processes with internal and external partners to ensure seamless logistics operations in keeping with customer expectations.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for stakeholders on project status and outcomes.
• Any other tasks & responsibilities within the role assigned by the manager.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or relevant disciplines; and/or with equivalent relevant work experience.
• With minimum at least 3 years of proven experience in project management, particularly in e-commerce or logistics industry.

• Proven experience to conduct change management methodology and provide necessary coaching and support to stakeholders during project implementation and monitoring phases.

D. Evaluating Problems & Processing Details - Skilled

• Ability to develop effective solutions for problems, and resolve any problems with calculated risks without compromising the quality standard of deliverables.
• Detailed-oriented and results-oriented with strong ability to deliver project milestones and actions timely.
• Proficiency in project management software and e-commerce logistics systems.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management training is preferred.
