(FMCG) Retail Supervisor / Team Lead

(JLPT N2 or N1)

• 44 hrs per week / Flexible

• Salary range S$ 2,600 to 3,500.

Job Description:

Oversee daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service and seamless business operations

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee stock management, visual merchandising, and replenishment with accurate forecasting.
• Operate the POS system, including opening and closing procedures.
• Create and update duty rosters.
• Conduct pre-shift team briefings.
• Enhance inventory management processes.
• Provide professional customer support and resolve complaints.
• Attend meetings and complete assigned tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Possess Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT N2 or N1) is required to liaise with Japanese clients
• Experience as Retail Supervisor / Team Lead preferably Supermarket or F&B
