- Location: Island wide branch (Urgent for City Square Mall / Jurong Point / Vivo City)
- Salary: Basic: $2800 + Commission based on store sales (non-fixed), after confirmation $3000
- Working days and hours: 5 days per week 2 days off (44 hours per weeks, shift work)
Requirements
- At least Diploma or 3 years management experience in fashion retails
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience
- Proficiency in retail management software and POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Job scope:
- Managing store operations, including inventory control and visual merchandising
- Train, supervise, and motivate sales associates to meet performance targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels
