1. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

During the subsistence of this Agreement, you will need to comply with the Company rules and regulations and you will faithfully, diligently and dutifully carry out your duties and responsibilities as directed by the management staff from time to time.

You are required to undertake all direct or indirect duties and responsibilities with full interest and due diligence. In addition to your core duties and responsibilities within the Company, you will need to do any other duties, including working overseas, from time to time as designated by the management.

You are required to carry out such duties and tasks independently and assigned to you by the Superior including but not limited to the following

- Support for all brands within the Mary Chia Group;

- Accountable for overall performance, sustainability and profitability of the business at the Branch;

- Develop sales and brainstorm marketing plans to create more and new business opportunities;

- Build positive business relationship with all internal and external stakeholders to meet common business goals;

- Lead/ manage a team of Consultants and Therapists and motivate them to strive for better performance;

- Understand and study the local market trends to formulate marketing strategies to suit business needs;

- Promote to customer on spa facial and body treatment service products and packages.

- Any other tasks or assignations that may be instructed by your immediate superior.
