Job Summary: The AVL Technician is responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of audio, visual, and lighting systems. This role involves hands-on work with technology to ensure the successful execution of live events or installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and operate AVL equipment, including sound systems, projectors, and lighting rigs.
• Perform regular maintenance and testing of equipment to ensure functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve AVL-related technical issues during events or installations.
• Assist in the setup and teardown of AVL systems for various events.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain high-quality standards in system operation.
• Keep an organized record of equipment inventory and maintenance schedules.

Qualifications and Skills:

• GCE N/O Level Certificate.
• Experience with AVL systems, such as audio mixers, lighting consoles, and video equipment.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
