DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in food preparation and ensure the quality of the food

• Maintain cleanliness and the hygiene of the kitchen

• Understanding and complying with the mandatory hygiene standards and requirements

• Ensure food preparation meets company SOP and Recipe

• Assist in cleaning duties

• Perform any other duties assigned by Chef

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Physically and mentally fit and able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in fast paced F&B industry (Restaurant, Hotel etc)

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
