Responsibilities:

Financial and Performance Management

• Strong experience in financial analysis and strategic decision-making.

Sales Strategy and Data Analysis

• Expertise in analyzing sales data to optimize product mix, pricing strategies, and promotions.
• Skilled in developing and implementing data-driven sales strategies to achieve targets.

Production and Inventory Management

• Collaboration with production teams to ensure alignment with sales forecasts.
• Strong focus on inventory control and waste reduction for cost efficiency.

Customer Experience and Feedback

• Skilled in handling customer feedback to improve service quality and product offerings.
• Adept at resolving customer issues and enhancing satisfaction.

Team Leadership and Training

• Experience in training FOH staff on service standards, policies, and sales techniques.
• Strong background in performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, and fostering positive work environments.

Operational Excellence and Compliance

• Expertise in reviewing and improving SOPs, conducting audits, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Reporting and Communication

• Proficient in preparing financial and performance reports for senior management.
• Effective communicator in presenting progress and aligning team objectives with business goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or any equivalent professional qualifications
• Brings along at least 5 years of experience aproven experience in multi-store management as Business Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role in the bakery industry.
