Cashiering

1. Process cash, credit, and digital transactions accurately.
2. Maintain a balanced cash register and reconcile sales at the end of each shift.
3. Provide customers with receipts and accurate change when necessary.

Operations

1. Opening the store according to established standards.
2. Closing the store for the day according to established standards.
3. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and timely manner.
4. Take customer orders and provide detailed information about store items.
5. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
6. Prepare and assemble food items according to established standards.
7. Ensure food quality and presentation meet company guidelines.
8. Follow hygiene and safety protocols in food handling and preparation.

Ad-Hoc Duties

1. Assisting the Store-in-Charge.
2. Ad-hoc general operational duties.

Able to work on Weekends and Public Holidays.
