Personal Qualifications/ Requirements
A. Experience/ Job knowledge/ Expertise- 2,3 years working experience, preferably in the medical industry.
B. Judgement- be able to work independently and to prescribe appropriate treatment/ product when necessary.
C. Initiative- willingness to learn and demonstrates a positive working attitude.
D. Service orientation- is service oriented and focused on delivering high service standards to delight the client/patient.
E. Language skills-conversant in English; Mandarin.
F. Communication skills- enjoy interacting with people of all levels.
G. Teamwork- good team player.
H. Analysis- analyzes needs of the patient and recommends and sells treatment/ products
I. Punctuality and Professionalism.
Specific Job Responsibilities
A. Patient Treatment/Services and Sales
i. Provides patients with high standards of treatment/service, which includes preparing patients for medical treatment/service.
ii. Prepares for patient's treatment via reading patient's case notes prior to treatment.
iii. Analyzes patient's needs and recommends treatment/services with the intent of accomplishing sales.
B. Stock Administration
i. Monitors and update stock inventory on a regular ( i.e. daily, weekly, monthly) basis.
ii. Conducts joint stock take with Operations to ensure a healthy stock inventory level.
C. Housekeeping
i. Ensures treatment room are kept clean and tidy in adherence with the clinic's health and safety standards.
ii. Ensures treatment supplies are replenished daily in preparation for the day's treatment.
iii. Performs general housekeeping tasks to ensure a pleasant ambience for patients and staff.
D. Administration
i. Ensure all TPA medications are claimable before dispensed, and appropriately submitted on daily basis.
ii. Check status of all TPA submissions.
iii. Ensures timely completion of administrative duties such as updates of patient's records, stock lists and log book.
E. HR Management
i. Monitor and maintain clinic staffs' time sheets in HR software.
ii. Perform HR planning to ensure smooth daily operations.
iii. Provide guidance and advice on employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other HR issues.
F. Equipment Maintenance
i. Maintain cleanliness of the good and general operating condition of equipment
ii. Monitor status of all equipment and assists addressing/working with Operations of any maintenance or repair.
