Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of projects.

• Assess the potential of a site to meet the requirements of the client.

• Liaise with relevant project executive such as main-con, Landscape architect / ID designers & consultants etc.

• Work closely with Owners & Project managers with regards to design and on-site coordination works.

• Maintain good communication with members of other departments.

• Able to prepare landscape drawings (Design proposal, Planting plan, Construction details, As-built drawing etc.)

• Site visit with Operation team or sub-contractors when necessary.

• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager if any.

Requirement

• Diploma in Landscape Architecture/ Architecture & have knowledge in landscape plant & design.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup and 3DS Max (Option).

• Proficiency in MS Office & Excel as well as overall strong computer proficiency.

• Able to work in a team and independently.

• Positive working attitude and good communication skills.

• Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

• Knowledge in Horticulture will be an advantage.
