Working Day: 6-5-6-5 days including weekend and PH

Working Hours: 8am to 5pm, need to standby at home from 5pm-8am (around 2 times a week)

Location: Geylang Bahru

Salary: Basic $2600 - $3500 + Standby allowance

Job Description:

• Proficient in manning call centre hotlines and establish prompt follow up actions
• Establish good coordination on funeral arrangements
• Versatile with client meetings performed within office premises, on-site visits, and over virtual communication platforms
• Transfer the dearly departed to funeral homes
• Work closely with operations staff and Finance Team
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Possess class 3 driving license
• Relevant industry experience is an advantage
• Comfortable working in the funeral industry
• Able to do shift work, and work on Public Holidays and Overtime
