- Ensure compliance - Keep everything in line with local building codes and safety regulations, because excellence includes responsibility.
- Handle the unexpected - Tackle ad hoc challenges with grace, agility, and a solutions-first mindset.
What You Bring:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience managing interior design or related projects (residential, commercial, or hospitality).
- Certifications like PMP or CID? Even better!
- A proven track record of managing multiple projects without breaking a sweat-and delivering outstanding results.
- Communication and leadership skills that inspire trust, motivate teams, and reassure clients.
