Responsibilities:

- Lead proactive inspections and facility assessments to identify areas for improvement or system upgrades, developing clear action plans and timelines for necessary enhancements.
- Maintain regular engagement with building users and stakeholders to gather feedback on facility performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Oversee and manage the execution of all facility-related improvement, replacement, and maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to project budgets, timelines, and quality standards while complying with relevant regulations and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to drive seamless project execution, swiftly resolving operational challenges and mitigating risks.
- Provide comprehensive project updates to key stakeholders, including status reports on schedule adherence, budget tracking, risk management, and operational performance.
- Ensure full compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements across all aspects of project work.
- Coordinate with relevant local authorities for inspections and audits, ensuring all projects align with required standards and regulations.
Requirements:
- Diploma or professional certification in Project Management, Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related field with a valid accreditation in Project Management.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience, ideally in a facilities or building services setting.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software, with a particular focus on budget and schedule management.
