- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
- Achieve sales targets through persuasive selling and relationship-building.
- Maintain a database of prospective and existing customers for follow-ups.
Customer Service Duties:
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and messages to assist customers with inquiries.
- Provide accurate product information and pricing details.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships to drive repeat business.
Requirements:
- Experience in telemarketing, tele sales, or customer service in logistics/forwarding industry is an advantage.
- Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft is a plus.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
