From live music performances, interactive installations, virtual events, and virtual production for commercials and films, our capabilities represent an amalgamation of creative vision and technological expertise - dedicated to crafting authentic and memorable audience experiences.

THE ROLE

We are growing the team and are looking for a Producer to lead and manage our multimedia & virtual production projects. You will be working with a seasoned team of creatives and technologists that has chartered many ground-breaking productions. If you enjoy working with some of the best makers and doers in the media and events industry and have the fervor to craft meaningful experiences, we would love to speak to you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• As the Producer, you are responsible for the overall management and delivery of the assigned projects. Able to supervise the process, communicate advice and recommendations to both the team and client to ensure smooth operations do not deviate from project objectives.
• You will work with the Creative / Art Directors to define the project's overall strategy, planning, and organizing of the production timeline, and resource allotment (in-house teams, external expertise, vendors, partners, etc.).
• You will manage and improve existing project documentation flow: proposals, contracts, budget breakdowns, schedules, and reports.
• You are the intermediary between the client and the team - requiring you to manage client relationships, represent the project and empower the team.
• You are creatively charged to bring top-notch production thinking that would help diversify the company's creative portfolio.
• You will need to actively seek out knowledge in multimedia production, involving creative content and technology, through consistent research of industry trends and announcements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Have 2-5 years of professional experience in post-production, interactive media/installations, or the live entertainment industry.
• Knowledge of the shows or events business is an advantage.
• Thoughtful and proactive communicator, and confident in managing multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work nimbly under pressure in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Familiar with the creative production process, from concept to delivery.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous in organization.
• Positive attitude, strong communication, and people skills (without being a "yes-man").
• Skilled in project management, able to coordinate resources and establish KPIs
• Resourceful, self-motivated, and self-directed.
• Able to work independently and with professional discretion.
• Position open for Singaporeans / Singapore PR.
