• Create strong foundations: Help build robust regulatory frameworks, policies, and procedures, and support their implementation.
• Ensure compliance: Develop monitoring plans, conduct compliance tests, and devise effective recommendations to improve processes and controls.
• Perform vital audits: Conduct regulatory compliance reviews for our financial services audit clients.
• Step into our clients' shoes: Seize secondment opportunities to fully understand our clients' needs and operations.
• Think globally: Collaborate with diverse PwC teams and offices worldwide to serve our global clients.
• Embrace digitalization: Assist our digital services team in implementing IT regulatory compliance solutions and explore the potential of digital tools in enhancing client offerings and daily operations

Requirements:

• Degree holders from disciplines like Accountancy, Banking and Finance, Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Economics, or Law.
• Demonstrable academic achievements.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, coupled with excellent communication abilities.
• Keen analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• A knack for thinking outside the box and challenging the status quo.
• Proficiency in oral and written communication.
