• Working days: 5.5days
• Working Times: Monday - Friday (9am to 6pm) Saturday (9am -1pm)
• Working location: Eunos
• Salary range: SGD 2600 - SGD 3500

Job Details:

As a Programme Executive, you will be part of the Centralised Programme Coordination Team, and will be responsible for ensuring that programmes are delivered in a consistent, effective, and efficient manner that meet the required standards of relevant policies and regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, organise and conduct active ageing programmes to the elderly in the community.
• Ensure that programmes meet the required standards and achieve the desired outcomes of client engagement
• Implement new programmes and/or services for service users based on needs.
• Conduct programme evaluation to gather feedback for all regular programmes
• Identify areas of improvement and initiate enhancements/improvements.
• Coordinate and manage stakeholders communications for programmes and services.
• Guide volunteers in executing programme activities.
• Manage programme budgets and resources.
• Work with other organisations to execute programmes.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline
• Experience in programme coordination, preferably in a social service or healthcare setting
• Min 1 year of relevant experience with conducting programmes
