Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

• Develop strategic sales plans to achieve catering revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Partner with event planners, corporate clients, and stakeholders to generate leads.

Client & Event Management:

• Conduct client consultations to understand catering needs and preferences.
• Provide customized catering solutions and menu recommendations.
• Work with culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Conduct site visits, tastings, and pre-event meetings with clients.
• Deliver exceptional service to ensure high client satisfaction.

Revenue & Budget Management:

• Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts to maximize revenue.
• Analyze sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Track and manage catering budgets to ensure profitability.
• Prepare reports and forecasts for senior management.

Marketing & Brand Promotion:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in catering sales or hospitality sales, with at least 3 years in a senior sales role.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Additional Information

Time: Monday to Friday: 0900hrs to 1800hrs
