Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients.

• Train, mentor, and support staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Monitor staff performance, conduct regular evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster a positive, motivated, and high-performing work environment.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and professional standards.
• Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service and personalized client care, leading by example to uphold high standards and achieve strong Google reviews.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism.
• Build long-term client relationships to enhance loyalty and retention.
• Implement marketing and sales strategies to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Oversee stock management, ensuring proper inventory control and replenishment of skincare products and treatment supplies.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue analysis.
• Generate reports on sales, revenue, and operational performance for management review.
Job Requirements
• Minimum GCE 'N' Level, GCE 'O' Level and/or Diploma
• Minimally 3 to 5 years of experience in managing a branch or multiple branches
• Must speak proficiently in English.
